Shipping & Processing

Our order processing time is 1 to 2 days. The cut-off time for order placement is 5PM. Orders received after this time will be processed on the following business day. 

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This message will confirm that your order has been received and your credit card was approved for purchase. 

Your order will typically arrive within 3 to 8 days (free shipping over $200). Shipping for orders under $200 incurs a flat fee of $15.

Where we ship to

We currently only offer shipping within the contiguous United States; shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, overseas territories and international shipping is not available.

Delivery

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground or one of our third-party freight carriers (18-wheeler). If your order has an item shipped on a freight carrier, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery time. Please make sure to put the correct phone number at checkout. 

Please make sure to inspect the packaging once your order arrives. If you notice any damage, make note of it on the delivery receipt and take photos of the packaging. In case of excessive damage, refuse shipment of the order, sign the carrier paperwork and immediately contact us at support@highendessentials.com.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund before it ships. Notify us immediately at support@highendessentials.com for cancellations. Once shipped, the order falls under our 30-Day Return Policy.

Backorders

In case your item is on backorder, we will inform you via email and provide estimated restocking times if possible. You'll have the option to wait for the item, choose an alternative, or receive a refund.
