Although we are confident that we offer nothing but the best, we understand that sometimes the product might not be exactly what you've been looking for. This policy was created to make the returning process of your item(s) as simple as possible.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, unless otherwise noted on the product page*. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

All return requests must be sent to support@highendessentials.com. In order to complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

*Exclusions

Return details may vary based on the manufacturer of the product. If this is the case, it will be noted on the product page.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return and let you know whether the refund is approved or not.

If your refund has been approved, we will apply the refund to the same payment method that was used to make the purchase. This process can take up to 10 business days.

Sometimes it takes a while for the refund to show up. Please reach out to your credit card company and bank in case of any issues. If you have done that and have still not received your refund, please contact us at support@highendessentials.com.

Exchanges

We will only replace your items if they are defective or damaged. If you discover any defects or damages, please contact us at support@highendessentials.com and we will help you get parts or the whole product replaced at no cost.

Shipping

Returned items must be resent in the original packaging and contain all components that it came with. In case of any warranty issues, please contact the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for arranging the shipping yourself and covering the shipping costs of the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Only if the product arrives with any damage, will you not be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

There is no flat restocking fee. However, in some cases a restocking fee may apply. The amount of the restocking fee depends on the policies set by the manufacturer of the returned item(s).

Undeliverable/Inaccessible Shipping Address

You will be responsible for all return fees should the freight company decide that the shipping address is inaccessible, undeliverable or unsafe to proceed with the delivery. These fees will be deducted from your payment.
