2200W PTC: To greatly improve heating performance, we use 2200W PTC heater in the mid to high end range. This heater is not only stronger but also smarter. It can intelligently allocate its power according to the functions that are being activated. When only activate the heater it will run at its full power of 2200W. When the bubble or jet function is on, it will run at a lower power. So even when enjoy the dynamic massage, the water never gets cold.

Returns and Refunds
- MSpa products can only be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date
- 15% restocking fee applies to any refunds issued on returned merchandise
Warranty
- Twelve (12) months for the spa pool
- Twelve (12) months for the electric parts
MSpa products are warranted against defects in materials and manufacturer workmanship for the designated period from the date of product arrival at the shipping address. Warranty coverage is provided if the recommended installation procedures have been followed. After the warranty has expired, a service fee will be charged. Verification of the warranty period requires copies of receipts or other proof of purchase.
